All payments are processed on secure servers of Paypal & no Credit Card information is received or stored by us.
All payments are received in advance & should be cleared before orders are processed.
3. Returns:
We do not charge any Re-stocking fee on returns.
TieDyeMart stands for the quality of its products & gives full guarantee against any kind of manufacturing defect. All return claims should be submitted within 14 days of ordering. We would refund/exchange the garment, once the claim is proved.
Don’t like the garment you ordered, we would still refund the product cost to you. And that too without charging any re-stocking fee. All you need to do is send the garment back to us & we would refund the product cost to you.
4. Colors:
All colors & dyes used in the manufacturing process are Azo-Free, Eco-Friendly Colors. The colors have been tested for compliance with the toughest of European standards. Since all garments are hand-dyed to give the unique look & feel, a little color bleeding is common & intended.
5. Sizes: Like the design, the size is also unique for each garment. Every garment is made to have a different fit & look.
